(1) The monthly and annual statement of income and expenses made by the committee should be sent to the protection officer regularly.
(2) Based on the information received from the committees as per sub-rule (1), the conservation officer shall submit the statement of income and expenditure of all the offices separately and in a lump sum to the head of the opening.
